                Marfa Dares Basic Education School implemented  vocational development program for school’s administrative and teachers. The program aimed to prepare teachers and provide them with necessary  experiences and knowledge. The program included a number of working papers entitled holidays system, analysis of school score and subjects of the past year, readers are leaders, don’t be angry and unusual ways in using environment row materials.
The school implemented in the first week of the current academic year a varied programs and activities such as the principal word, gifts for fifth grade students, competitions and experiments.
 The school held a meeting with parents council were Noora Al Shaqsi, Vocational Development Specialist in the school, presented a working paper about vocational development and the importance of encouraging and students’ reinforcement. Also, two more papers were presented by Ameera Al Tobi, School’s Social Specialist, explained behaviour rules and students’ affairs list and Sheika Al Alwaih, Learning Difficulties Specialist, talked about learning difficulties, how to deal with students with this problem and the evaluation process of school subjects.
