Curtains fall on the 5th Academic Program for Experienced Teachers 2014
As part of MOE’s continuous vision of educational excellence, the 5th Academic Program for Experienced Teachers will conclude today. In partnership with Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), the program kicked off on 16th of June with more 530 senior and experienced teachers of several specializations representing all governorates across the Sultanate.
Designed by Directorate General of Human Resources Development, the program’s goal was to reinforce experienced teachers’ academic competencies, and to provide information, updates, and modern techniques of educational processes and majors, in line with technologies and knowledge.
To further develop the program over the coming years, MOE will launch an online survey for participants to assess content, administrative management, presenters, and future requirements.
At the end, participants appraised this-two-week-opportunity including workshops, discussions, and seminars outlining challenges, solutions, and skills development approaches that allowed them to share knowledge with SQU academics.
