The Summer Program, annual locally-tailored capabilities development initiative, continued it’s interesting activities and events across 16 centers in Muscat. The program’s goal is to equip students with various skills set to improve productivity and efficiency as well as provide them with a platform with tools they require to successfully track and progress their academic performances.  

To maximize value for the benefit of all students, they gathered with their partners to take part in several  cultural, sport and scientific  activities including training sessions on how to reinforce their capabilities in  reading, writing, acting, Fine Arts, media, safety and security. Participants also got involved in electronic and electric lab tests in addition to chemical applications in astronomy and aviation. To boost students’ talents in sports, they were trained in football, volleyball, basketball, and traditional games, as well as swimming, table tennis, chess, horse riding, and athletes on individual basis.

The seminar in Al Mabaila Center gave participants a brief on writing short stories and  Omani cuisine. Also, in Hamdan Al Yusfi Center, the students’ thirst for new information was satisfied through a variety of programs like computer applications , mobile repairing, photography and handicrafts.

 The Summer Program is designed in line with the remarkable efforts of MOE, to offer world-class learning opportunities and best environments for students.
