Crisis Management Workshop in Al Buraimi
The Directorate General of Education in Al Buraimi organized Crisis Management and Decision Making workshop in Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hall – Al Buraimi branch. The workshop was set for a number of departments director , section heads and others .
For three days, Faisal bin Hashim Al Qaraan shed lights on crisis management, dimensions and decision types on day one, as well as causes, strategies to deal with crisis and forming a qualified management crisis team on the following day. At the end, Al Qaraan reviewed with the audience the proper decisions for several crisis according to characteristics and nature, in addition to readiness precautions for such an unexpected difficult conditions or circumstances.
