Al Wusta Directorate Celebrates Honoring Educational Activities
Al Wusta Directorate honored the educational and scout activities at the governorate schools level for academic year 2013/2014. The celebration was under patronage of Ali Al Saidi, undersecretary of Wali of Haima, with presence of Hamad Al Shukili, Assistant Director of Educational Programs Administration, Majid Al Gunibi, Head of Educational Awareness and students care and activities, Mohamed Al Ghanbosi, Head of Scout Section , honored teachers and schools administrations.
The ceremony included holy Quran then two poems were delivered by Rashid Al Harsosi from Al Wusta Basic Education School where the first poem described students benefits from educational activities and the second poem was a national poem. During the celebration, a presentation about educational activities was shown. At the end, the patron and the assistant director of educational programs administration in Al Wusta gave gifts to winning schools. The results of general level of activities as follows:
- First place Haj Basic Education School
- Second place Al Duqum Basic Education School
- Third place abu Madabi Basic Education School
- Fourth place Qalat Al Alam Basic Education
- Fifth place Alnoor Basic Education
It is worth mentioning that Al wusta directorate honored370 students and 180 teachers in different educational activities societies. Also, honored schools in individual competitions at the governorate level.
