A Training program for Learning Difficulties Teachers and Supervisors
Yesterday morning started the training program in remedial education for learning difficulties in reading, writing and math due to weakness in self- kinesthetic in Grand Mosque in Bawsher. The program organized by MOE represented by Special Education Program Department. It targeted 35 teachers and supervisors of learning difficulties in Arabic Language and math which will last up for five days. Lammes Al Bahrani, Director of Special Education Program Department, mentioned that the aim of such program is to acquire participants with self-kinesthetic skills for students with learning difficulties and to link self-kinesthetic field with academic field in learning difficulties therapy. The program included a number of working sheets such as introduction, introduce disorders concept and learning difficulties, the relation between kinesthetic level and psychological level and etc.
It is worth mentioning that Dr Ibarhim Al Rashed, educational expert and advisor in learning difficulties developmental pedagogical, presented therapeutic strategies for students who are facing difficulties due to weakness in acquiring self-kinesthetic skills.
