Strategic Change Management and Leadership Training Program concluded

   A Training program in modern management technique concluded Yesterday in Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat. The program aimed to develop general directors skills and other employees at their levels. The program organized by MOE represented by General Directorate of Human Recourses Development, the  Training and Qualifying Department in cooperation with Sultan Qaboos University in period from 4-7 May.

 Dr Farid Zain Al Deen, Professor of Business Administration and Global Quality  in Al Zaqaziq University and Jury Member of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for  Career Excellence.  The program discussed number of training axes such as development of administration performance, strategic thinking and transition from planning for the future to making a future, electronic orientation and application of restructure administrative processes. Also, he presented an applied workshop to develop some working procedures as per request of the sponsors . In the closing, an evaluation feedback form of the training program were distributed and participants received their participation certificates.
