Drawing and Story Writing Workshop Concluded in Muscat
Inspired by the Omani and the Belarusian heritage, the Ministry of Education concluded two workshops of composing folks and drawings in AL Khuwair City Seasons Hotel; the project came within the Omani and Belarusian Folks Project activities that lasted for three consecutive days during period ( 4-6) May 2014 .At the end , a number of participating students were honored by the MOE.
The workshop targeted about 30 students from different provinces at the Sultanate and aimed to encourage exchanging cultures and dialogues between different civilizations ,establish cultural relationships between Oman and Belarus and encourage the talented students in story writing and drawing .
It is also be noted that the two Omani and Belarusian sides work together at the same time In composing folks and drawings ; the 30 students writing stories within agreed regulations to be sent to Belarusian side after translating them to English and get them to make drawings based on Omani folks and vice versa .
