Active dialogue Seminar with schools administrations was organized by the North Batinah directorate and targeted school principals and their assistants in schools in the annual meeting.

The seminar events were chaired by Hamed bin Ali Al Sarhani, the Director General and it was attended by directors of departments, their deputies, heads of divisions and educational experts.
They made a set of recommendations, which focused on the importance of opening multiple channels of communication and dialogue with teachers to listen to their views and suggestions. It also recommended activating and follow-up awareness program in the governorate schools, its events, activities and programs. The seminar also recommended studying the students’ undesirable behavioral phenomena in schools and developing remedial plans
