AL Brumi Educational Directorate, represented by the Training Vocational Development center and School Performance Development Department organized an educational training program of successful administrative practices for schools heads at the Social Development Hall at AL Brumi and with the attendance of Mosa AL Hinai, the General Director of AL Brumi Province, his assistance and others.

The program was presented by Ateyah Ibrahim ,an Advanced Coach in Building Self-esteem at KSA and he introduced the audience with GCC program of designing and evaluating the training bags that is a method which based on directing and managing material and human resources and it also includes a number of elements such as creative thinking , strategic thinking of individuals , the ability of development and encouraging innovations , competencies and constant renewal to develop activities that make the school more unique .

In addition, the program targeted to encourage trainees to practice modern administrative methods, to be able to master school plan and implant educational projects which contribute to rise up the achievement level and help them to implement successful work sheets.

The event started with welcoming the targeted audience and viewing session plan of the program and, then the coach talked about his achievements and obstacles he faced .He also reviewed the school administration concept and administrative thinking.
