Introduce Canteens’ Health Requirements in Al Burimi Directorate

The Educational Awareness and Students Care Department in cooperation with Accounts Department and Budget and Sales Department organized ,yesterday morning, a meeting for foodstuff suppliers. During the meeting they introduced health requirements for food, juices, drinks that are allowed and not allowed to be sold in schools canteens.
Malik Al-Mamari, nutrition supervisor in Educational Awareness and Students Care Department in Al Burimi, presented a detailed presentation which showed health aspects and the process adopted to ensure that healthy meals reach schools.
