The Private and International Schools Olympic Days concluded

Recently, the Private and International Schools Olympic Days concluded its events at Bowsher Sports Complex. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Sports Affairs, the Quality authorities department, universities and schools sports section Schools in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the Directorate of Private and International Schools.  

In the events, 8 schools namely the  (the  Indian School (AlSeeb branch), Indian School (Al-Ghubrah branch), Indian School (Darset branch), Indian School ( AlMoabilah branch), Indian School ( Muscat branch), Egyptian School, Bawabet Al-Mariffa  School, and Bangladeshi School which divided the participated school to two categories  students born in 1998 and students born in 2000. The games included various events such Running (100m) & (400m ) , Javelin , and  Shot Pot , and long jump .

Overall results:

At the end, Mr. Saood bin Bader Ambu-Saidi, Head of Sports Activities at Ministry of Sports Affairs delivered the trophies and medals to the winners.

  • In 1998 births:  1st: The Indian School in Darsait, 2nd :  The Indian school in Muscat , and  3rd :The Egyptian School.
  • In 2000 births: 1st : The Indian School in Mabella , 2nd : The Indian School in Darsait ,  and 3rd: The Indian School in Muscat.
