Scout and Guidance Superiority Competition’s Commission in Dofar
Within the Scout and Guidance Excellence Competition of the Greatest Scout Cup, the main commission of the contest started evaluating Dhofar Schools. The commission was chaired by Yosuf Bin Ali AL Hosni , MOE advisor in presence of Hamad AL Rashdi, The General Director of General Education Directorate of Dhofar Governorate and commission members.
The contest aims to raise up competition’s spirit between students at scout and guidance activity and promote sound values and good behaviors among them. The commission paid a visit to various schools such as Abu Obaidah AL Jaraah in Sadah and Khadijah bin KHuwailed in Mirbat for scout activity.
Yosuf AL Hosni , MOE advisor and the Chief of the Follow up and Evaluation Commission mentioned that the visit came within the Scout Evaluation Contest for the academic year 2012 /2013 and he assured that Dofar was the 1st stop of the second version competition and he added , surely that the competition has educational objectives aiming to benefit the students in which reflect on their behaviors.
