MOE represented by The General Directorate of Educational Programs, The Special Education Department organized a program on teaching strategies experiences curriculum for kindergarten of hearing disabled kids in period from 9 to 20 February in Alamal School for Hearing Disabled in Muscat.

The program targeted special education supervisors, teachers of preparation classes in Alamal School and merge classes’ teachers from various educational directorates. The program aims to develop skills of kindergarten teachers in Alamal School for deaf and merge schools, to acquire teachers of preparation with strategies of teaching curriculum (experience) implemented in kindergarten schools in the Sultanate, to view the process of preparing classes’ environment for kindergarten and process of evaluating kindergarten period.

During the program they presented number of working papers such as child’s growth characteristics,   children’s psychological needs,  methods of teaching and learning, effective encouragement as well as recognition games, linguistic and sport development for kid.
