The Customer Service Directorate in HE Office pays a visit to Musandam

A team from Customer Service Directorate in HE Office carried out an inspection visit today morning to Customer Service Department in General Directorate of Education in Musandam. The team met members of the department, viewed the challenges that faced the department and suggestions to develop the work. Also, a meeting was held with Assistant General Director of the Directorate in presence of department’s members. The visit aimed to supervise the Customer Services Department in the Governorate, addressing the most recurrent challenges and difficulties that faced the department in the last period and introduced the department’s members with the most importance work developments in customer services field.

During the visit the members of the Directorate presented an introductory worksheet about procedures associated with quality management system ISO 9001 and introduced the way of collecting beneficiaries complains from Planning Educational Needs Directorate and Administrative and Financial Affairs Directorate. As a result of that visit they will develop the work of Customer Service Department and exchange of experience in order to achieve quality in performance and meet customers’ expectations.
