HE Mustafa bin Ali Abd-Alateef, Undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Administrative and Financial Affairs declared that, according to HM the Sultan orders to unite salaries grade schedule in governmental civil sector and within the role of the ministry to implement these orders by speeding up of transferring the ministry’s Omanis employees to the new promulgated salaries as provided by the published Royal Decrees NO (78/2013). Hence, Dr Madeha Al Shibaniah, Minister of Education has issued a ministerial decision No (10/2014) delivering the royal decree No (78/2013).

The Decision also stated that: the transference of ministry’s Omanis employees currently on the job and occupants of financial grades mentioned on the appendix NO (1) of the civil regulation issued by Royal Decree No (120/2004) into the financial grades which stated at the appendix No (1) of grades and salaries in Royal Decree No (78/2013) in accord to the rules at appendix (2).

  He added that: building on that, the ministry has concluded developing and revising transference registers of (710.504) employees and it has been forwarded to the Ministry of Finance for data confirmation; and thus the employees are going to receive their salaries on time as usual.
