Her Excellences Dr Madeeha bint Ahmed al Shaibaniyah, Minister of Education, issued a ministerial decision No (10/2014) stating the transference of the ministry’s Omani employees currently on the job and holders of the financial grades as provided in the Royal Decree No 120/2004 to the financial grades provided for by the Royal Decree No 78/2013. The decision also stated that the ministry will continue to pay Nature-of-Work Allowances for the jobs that were eligible for it prior to the transference in accordance to the laws and regulations in force. The decision comes into force on January.1^st, 2014.
