The Ministry of Education reaps the first place at the Gove & Private corporates tournament.
The Ministry of Education team for football won the second championship for government and private corporates which was organized by Sultan Qaboos University. The ministry won this title Tuesday evening, 7 January 2014 after overcoming Haya Water team.
18 teams participated in this championship divided into 4 groups. MOE headed their group and won over the Public Authority for Radio and TV team and Royal Court Affairs team to reach the final.
The ceremony was held under patronage of HE Ali bin Masoud Al Bimani, head of Sultan Qaboos University. Haya Water Company team won the Second place and Royal Court Affairs team won the third place. Our goalkeeper Yasir Al Batashi got the championship’s best goalkeeper.
