Intensive Preparations for Diploma Exams in Al Batinah South
The Directorate General of Education in Al Batinah South Governorate) organized a lengthened meeting at the directorate educational theater to discuss the governorate’s schools preparations for student’s examinations of General Education Diploma.
The meeting was chaired by Dr.Nasser Al Abri ,General Director of Education in Al Batinah South governorate and attended byKalifa Al Kalbani , Deputy Head of Evaluation Department , Saif Al kindi , Human Resources Development Director for Performance Development and the managers of Examinations Center .
Dr. Nasser Al Abri stressed on the necessity to get all centers preparedness equipment set ready in order to establish appropriate environment to conduct the exams, such as health and security services and he also emphasized on awareness sessions for the invigilators to clarify instructions and regulations for managing the exams.
In addition, he emphasized on the importance to communicate with the local Committee members of examination, confidentiality concept to deal with examinations processing in the examination Centers and the rules of using mobiles for teachers and students.
Later, Khalifa Al Kalbani, Deputy Head Of Evaluation Section talked about some regulations related to the exam rooms such as students Density in each room provided that doesn’t exceed more than 15 examinee per room, and to keep the school facilities clean and he also added that there must have 2 invigilators in each room and discussed reviewing attendances and work remuneration.
