Drawing is an important tool to express artist’s feelings .In Naheez Basic Education School for grades (1-10) in Dhofar Governorate, there are a lot of talented students. One of the talented is Noof bint Ahmed Said Qatan in grade eight.

Immigrant Birds

Noof Mentioned that her talent started when she was in grade five ;and now she has 20 different paints most of them about nature. She is interested in drawing nature besides occasion drawings such as the National Day.

School and Family

Noof likes drawing by pencil because it is easier to erase, gives clear expressions and helps to use the shade. Her school and family encouraged her to produce more paintings.

Perfect time to draw

Noof prefers to draw at night. She mentioned that she will participate in other governorates events and social media to show her drawings and to get the audience reviews or ideas about her paintings.

Support

Noor Gaboob, The school Principal, mentioned that the school works to discover student’s talents, encourage them by offering the materials and tools and encourage them to participate in competitions. Also the school implemented awareness programs about the importance of family and teachers support which helps to discover students’ talents.

School Expiation

Rozet Maleh, School Activities Specialist, mentioned that Noof is one of the talented students in school whether in academic achievements or activities. The school organized for her an exhibition and visit to The Omani Society for Fine Arts to view different arts work.
