A Training Course About The Use of Quality Tools Within School Performance Development System in Directorate of Batina South
The training course about the use of quality tools within school performance development system began in the Batina south which was organized by Performance Development Department in Directorate of Human Resource Development in Training center in Alhazim in the presence of Khamis bin Abdullah Al bulushi, Assistant General Director in Directorate of Batina south, Saleh bin Darweesh Albulushi, Senior Supervisor of Evaluating School Performance and number of supervisors in performance development department.
The course targeted development system coordinators of school performance development system and assistants of schools principals in Directorate of Batina South for five days. It aims to enhance quality culture in schools and provide schools with various options to deal with development priorities through training on the use of quality tools.
Radeeh bint Ali Alsyabi, Principal of Um Kalthoom bint Okba, presented work sheet about the use of quality tools to develop school performance system. She mentioned two tools of quality which were radar and brainstorming. The first tool used to measure the progress made following of application method or educational program in completion of predetermined aspects. The second tool based on freedom of thought and used to generate as many ideas to address issues projected by concerned people in the subject during a short session.
