The General Directorate of Education in Mosandam Governorate , represented by The Guides and Scouts Associations of Musandam, Guides and Scouts section organized scout leaders course which Targeted the natural leaderships for scout units members .; about 29 scouts from various schools of Musandam Province participated in the course in order to complete the plan section to train all members of scouts and guides group and provide them with different knowledge , skills and scout arts.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Shamsi , the General director of General Directorate of Education at Musandam emphasized that training is a strategic choice to establish capable Human cadres able to fulfill their needs and get along with the modern quick changes and development units at the work and training fields .

At the first training session of scout leaders , Suhaib Al-Shehii  , a scout supervisor presented it and he talked about the characteristics of  successful leader an d his role at the scout units .Then , Mohammed Al-shehi and Ahmed Al-shehi  , the scout training leaders presented another session and it was about the arts and skills of scouts .The fourth training session was presented by Tareq Al-shehi who explained how to establish such meetings and their contents  Finally , the last training session was with Sohib Al-shehi who talked about applying guides and scouts curriculum and the ranking signs system .
