Scientific Methodology to prepare following and evaluating reports
The Following and Evaluation Section of General Director’s Office of General Directorate of Planning and Quality Control at MOE is implementing the training program “Scientific Methodology to prepare following and evaluating reports”.
The events began yesterday morning at a Hall in the building of General Directorate of Scout from 17 to 21 of Oct. The program is presented by Dr. Hassan Abdo No’aman AlRasni and targets various segments in the ministry Cabinet’s Directorates and General Directorates of education in the Governorates.
The program aims to familiarize participants with the importance of following and evaluating reports in educational decisions, to improve the plans formulation and supply them with the necessary knowledge to prepare a creative report according to deliberate scientific methodology.
In addition, convoy the following and evaluating reports to the rapid changes in prepare the planning strategies, access to following and evaluating reports of national and Arabic institutions. Also, the scientific applied to prepare the reports according to the method of balanced performance card.
The program takes several axes such as definition and importance of following and evaluating the performance, reports goals, reports types, properties of good reports, display an overview about strategic and operational planning, and balanced performance card (concept, upbringing, importance).
Also, spoke about basic dimensions of performance cards and methods of building the balanced performance card, show the strategic map, and sight about strategic plan of MOE. The program included practical applications, workshops, and methodological rules in following and evaluating.
It is worth to mention, this program is one on the meaningful developmental program that Ministry of Education seeking to implement in development the functional performance field and raise the efficiency of employees’ performance where the program continues for 5 days through this week.
