First periodic meeting organized for Schools’ database professionals in Muscat
The directory of Information Technology, Portal Division in Muscat Educational Area held its first periodic meeting for Schools’ database professionals.
At the beginning of the meeting in Majan Hall; the head of Educational Portal Division in Muscat praised the great efforts made by portal supervisors and databases specialists in order to operationalize the computed systems in the schools.
The meeting minutes discussed annual work plan of follow-up and supervision and emphasis was put on the need to have professional research & development and creativity features in action by devising new mechanisms to achieve the goals of the plan and the need to sensitize administrative body and teaching staff at schools on their roles within the portal systems, which is the main source of database that Ministry of education depend on.
