Senior Teachers workshop in al Buraymi

Programs to develop the skills of senior teachers held throughout this week in the Training and Professional Development Center in Al-Buraymi. The program targeted Males and Females teachers in various curriculums contents and to study various academic elements such as how to analyze the scientific content of the curriculum and how to apply the scientific content analysis skill professionally.
The program as well, aims tat introducing trainee to senior teacher’s plan and practical application of how to prepare yearly plan effectively with measurable outcomes after closing the program; Also, defining different teacher’s characteristic and how to deal with differences in their personalities.
