Salalah: Mount Ashor Rovers Inters The 4th Day.
The participant of the 16th International Scout Camp for Cultures Exchange, hosted by the Sultanate from 5th-13th of September2013, received open hospitality in Mount Ashor Camp in Dhofar. The Camp is the last point of assembly after have been on serial of programs all over the country after their journeys to Musandam, al Sharqiah, al Batinah and al Dakhlia where they experienced various cultural activities in every region and introduced to diversity in Oman biological environment ,history and civilization.
On the camp ground the participants received some lectures and activities among which a paper presented by Dr Hamed bin Humood al Ghafri, the Chairman of the National Committee for Youth in the Arab Open League University on Planning Skills for Self-development skill for Life. The Scout Rovers also enjoyed a workshop on small Business Challenges and entrepreneurship skills by Nassir bin Abdullah al Akhzami. The scouts also attended a workshop on electricity and machinery skill at IT College in Salalah .They also competed on field sports and athletics on al_Saada Sport Complex.
