Yesterday, teachers from General Directorate of education in south Al-Batinah inquired about several aspects in the meetings with Education and science research committee members in Shura Council.
Which they find the importance achieved in order to upgrade the reality of teachers in the sultanate and the most prominent was establishment a special syndicate for teacher concerned with their own affairs and be a link between them and the responsible authorities. As well, the teacher put forward during the meeting the importance of the issuance of the Education Act, It serves as a private list based upon the teacher inclusive rights and duties that put the teacher at the respected position.
furthermore, Regarding to teacher training, most proposals have focused on the importance of test mode to the student before entering in the colleges of education in order to be proportionate with the terms of the job in the future, and should be linked to curriculum preparation of teachers in colleges and universities commensurate with the quality and content of curricula applied in schools. Teachers also noted that the lack of cash incentives is a frustration factor as well as the weakness in the size of the efforts delivered by teachers, as well, they demanded for the separation of the Ministry of Education from the Civil Service which would have substantially rewarding return, upping to the teachers excreted performance.
