Decentralized Team for new teachers program at Dhofar Directorate discusses the most prominent notes of field visits
Recently the decentralized team for new teachers program held the second meeting at the training center at the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar in the presence of Maizon bent Bakheet Al Shahri Deputy Director-General of Education for Educational Affairs.
The meeting agenda focused on a range of points summarized in: Discussion of the notes taken after the field visits, as well as discussion of plans for new teachers’ program for January.

The first meeting recommended forming a committee to visit schools. The most prominent functions was: to provide support for schools collaborating in the new teachers training program by ensuring access for all releases used in organization of observations and practical training in schools, clarify the role of the principle, the senior teacher and the teacher who is responsible for the subject to the trainee, clarity the role of the supervisor in the training of the new teachers, and stand on the most important advantages and challenges to apply the program in schools to find solutions for them.
