Day One: Muscat Governorate Welcomed (85500) students

On the first day of 2012/2013 academic year; the schools of Muscat Governorate received (85500) pupils in (145) schools across its six districts. The students took their seats in their classrooms and received all their curriculum books .The fresh students in level one of Cycle one was received according to predetermined plans and likewise for the freshers of class five in cycle two of basic education. The Directorate General for Education in Muscat Governorate has also set ready teacher’s professional development programs in addition to student’s reaching scoped programs in order to cultivate performance and learning.
