 A number of educators at the Ministry of Education explained that the contents of His Majesty speech in the opening of the annual meeting of the Fifth period of Oman Council, about the importance of assessment of educational process is

 a direct royal regulation to direct education towards many of future reforms in order to find a citizen armed with knowledge, work, capacity capabilities and skills that enable him to compete in the labor market and be productive, loyal and active in the developmental process in the country.

Saif Ma'amari: “Develop an integrated plan for evaluation including all aspects of the educational work to make clear vision and strategy”.

Sana Balochi: “Activating seminars with partners and all those who are involved to educational process to know their perspectives on what has not been achieved and how to achieve it”.

Suleiman Al Harasi: “Educational process evaluation is one of the important aspects that the ministry is working on in the next phase”.

Salem Al Skiti: “Royal directives are a goal which will become an interest to those involved in the educational process”.

Mohammed Al kotaiti: “The royal speech gave basic definitions that comprehensive assessment process should be based upon”.
