Transportation Directory holds a Workshop on ISO procedures for Quality Assurance
In consistence with the MOE efforts to maintain Quality Assurance in all departments, the Directorate General for Transportation and Services organized a workshop on Quality Assurance. Mr. Ahmed ben Nassir Al-Jardani, the Head section of transportation division delivered the working paper on ISO9001 standers and policy and aspects of assessment.
The workshop edified the section employees about applied quality control system and various deployment phases followed in the department and procedures being adopted to improve quality. The lecturer talked to the employees about prospected revenues from the new procedures as it is the formal way to get international ISO accreditation and he pointed out that the department will be receiving professional assessment in this field from internal committees and external ones.
