A workshop on building relationships and work teams launched in Falaj Daris Hotel in Nizwa yesterday .The program targeting experts and managers and deputy directors of departments and heads of departments in the Directory of Education in the Interior Governorate.

 Thirty trainees participated in the lectures delivered by Mr. Nasser bin Ibrahim Al Sayegh, a Certified Trainer and expert in human resource development. The program included three main themes; the first axis discussed building and managing teams. The second axis dealt with the effective leadership of the team while the third axis discusses effective decision-making.
