In-service Training Plan in Al-Buraimi Governorate being decentralized

The Directorate General of Education in Al-Buraimi Governorate held a meeting for the In-service Professional Development team leaders at Oman Hall at the training center in Buraimi. The meeting aims at facilitating the professional development plan of employees for the academic year 2013/2014.
This meeting comes through decentralizing orders from the ministry to prepare a In-service training development plan in every educational province; which will give space to identifying the training needs of teachers directly and enable those concerned to prepare the plan of work to assess their plans as it comes into contact with the reality of the educational process in the schools.
