Employees’ job satisfaction seminars by RIKAZ

The first catalytic program for teachers in Northern Batinah Governorate organized by the Department of Human Resources Development in cooperation with RIKAZ international Company for Consulting and
Training Programs received broad welcome and cooperation .The program provoked clear reaction by educators and teachers participating in the activities during the period from (1-5/9/2012.) The program discussed employee job satisfaction and staff loyalty in the light of the ethics of work. The theoretical lectures and practical exercises were led by well-known consultant and trainer Dr. Hamad Mohammed Saqr.
