Documents Department Team in the Ministry of Education visits North Batinah Directorate

A team from documents division applying private document management system in the electronic correspondence in the Ministry of Education visited directorate general of education in North Batinah. The team included Khalid ben Saeed Al Jabri, Yahya Al Yahmadi, Mohammed Ali Al Rawahi.
The purpose of the team’s visit was to explain the procedural tools for the disposal of the private documents which is in use and to enable the staff concerned to learn about various aspects concerning the application of the procedural tools and to introduce them of the classification system and the extended retention schedule.
