Oman National Committee for Education, Culture and Science celebrates the end of activities for the International Year of Chemistry 2011

The end of activities for the International Year of Chemistry 2011 celebration was help yesterday at Crown Plaza Hotel under the auspices of Dr.Humood ben Khalfan Al Harthy undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Education and Curriculum. The celebration was organized by the National Committee for Education, Culture and Science.
The ceremony included launching the National Report for the international year 2011which includes 55 pages. It documented more than 40 events which were held by the National Committee in cooperation with various governmental and private agencies who are concerned of science. The slogan of the international year of chemistry 2011 is “Chemistry is our life and future”.
