Oman Educational Portal participated in the Second Educational Festival which was organized by students’ activity group at college of education. Oman Educational Portal was an electronic sponsor of the festival which aims to spread the educational mission and discuss issues of concern to the public in order to investigate the causes and to propose solutions. Oman Educational Portal published details of students’ activities.

Under the auspices of Dr. Hamoud bin Khalfan Al Harthi, ''Undersecretary at Ministry of Education for the education and curriculum ', the opening ceremony   was held on Saturday 17th of March 2011 to launch events of the festival which contribute in highlighting talent and creativity of College of Education students and applying educational and teaching skills which they have gained through their study at the university and to focus on the efforts of College of Education, teachers and students. 
 .
Participation of the educational portal in the festival came for communication with students and support educational activities and awareness of visions, content and services of the portal for all levels of school's community. They presented  to the audience's festival and visitors about windows and  services for students, teachers, administratives and employees in the Ministry of Education. Also, educational portal team contributed in the festival by presenting during lectures about the content of portal’s screens.

Oman Educational Portal seeks to a meaningful participation in all events and similar activities to educate society about digital culture and electronic multi services and to show the size of the achievements which was accumplished in the technical field at the Ministry of Education. It was appreciated and admired inside and outside the Sultanate through numerous awards has won in local, regional and global competitions.
