HE Saud bin Salem Al Baloushi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Educational Planning and Human Resources Development, patronize yesterday morning (Wednesday) certificate awarding ceremony of the integrated training program for middle management jobs in Golden Tulip Hotel. The ceremony program began with hole Quran followed by the ministry speech delivered by Dr Yahya bin Saeed bin Mohammed Al – Hassani, Assistant Director General for Professional Development in Directorate General of Human Resources Development where he said that “The Ministry of Education is working on the development of human resources, thus ensuring that the process of upgrading the educational process and its development can only be achieved by promoting the human resources and develop their technical skills”. He mentioned that it is important to “apply knowledge and contribute in improving and developing your work environments”. At the end, the patron handed over the certificates.
