Dr.Tufool bint Suhail bin Ali Qatan, the Assistant Director General for Administration and Finance Affairs and Projects at the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar Governorate, patronized the opening ceremony of the personal exhibition.It was for the blind student; Biyaan Al Nahdi, tiled "Sighted Fingertips" who is in class ninth at Al Saada Basic Education School (10-12) for girls.It was presented by Dr.Fatama Al Ghassani, the Director of Education Programs and others. The event began with a welcoming speech by Al Wiyah  Al Shareef, the Principal of Al Saada Basic Education School ,where she welcomed the attendance. She also pointed out that the exhibition was under the supervision of Khulood Al Ghareebi, a teacher in the school with collaboration of Special Education Section at Education Programs Department. She added that nothing could stop the ambitious person from achieving his goals if he found someone who encouraged him. Moreover, she thanked the main guest of the event, Al Dhofariyah Channel, Oman TV and Education Media Section for media coverage at the exhibition. After that, Biyaan Al Nahdi gave another speech, where she talked about her experience with art and the challenges that faced her. Baiyaan also added that the message of a blind person is that he can defeat obstacles and contribute effectively at society.

Finally, the patron of ceremony opened the exhibition and went in a tour around it. They viewed the artworks of Biyaan including 17 art pieces and some handcrafts works. In addition, the Participants and cooperative entities honored by the main guest.
