Al Buraimi University College organized students# science conference in coinciding with the events of national week of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) 2019.The event was under the patronage of Dr.Slaim Al Bahri, the Advisor of the Minster of Education for Society Affairs with presence of a number of students and teachers of Al Buraimi Governorate .In addition, the main lecture of conference focused on various issues such as spreading science research culture, science honesty among students, science research provides them with innovative communication skills and team work. Moreover, ninety students participated with fifty-four papers, which divided on four axes. In addition, the conference included a number of science competitions between different schools organized by innovation center in Al Buraimi.Also, Faleh Al Issai, a Senior Teacher and Amna Al Saadi from Innovation Center presented a workshop that focused on nuclear power. It reviewed various topics such as the history of radiation, its effect on material, nuclear power and radiation protection. Also, diverse events took place in many schools in Al Buraimi Government. In Maymoona bint Al Hareth Basic Education School (5-9) a number of exciting experiment conducted such as virtual reality and using technology in science with establishing a science exhibition that included students# scientific innovations. Moreover, two science lectures took place in Al Sainainah Basic Education School (1-12) presented by the Captain, Ahmed Al Blushi, who discussed cyber blackmail definition, the reasons of cyber blackmail and how the police deal with victim of cyber mail cases. Mohammed Al Kaabi delivered the second lecture, which focused on privacy on mobles, google and how to use google service correctly.
