The team of internal audit of quality management at the Ministry of Education started internal auditing of quality management process by meeting Sulaiman Al Salmi, the Director General of Education Directorate in Al Dhakhiliyah Governorate, heads departments and sections heads at the Grand Hal in the Directorate. At the beginning of meeting, Sulaiman Al Salmi delivered a speech where he talked about the importance of the meeting in developing educational and administrative field at the various sections and departments in the Directorate. He also, mentioned the role of the quality management team of Al Dhakhiliyah Directorate through diverse visits to different sections and departments. After that, Dr. Nasser Al Zaabi, Chairman of the team delivered a presentation where he reviewed the role of the team, its tasks, procedural steps implemented by the quality management team previously and the results. He also thanked the departments for their excreted efforts. After that, the team visited a number of the Directorate#s sections and departments to identify the extent to which the various transactions and operations of departments applied quality management system at the Directorate General of Education Directorate. They visited quality section, documents and email section, customer service section, follow and coordination section, guides and scouts, education media and public relations, career guidance. Then, the team met together for review and discussion. It is worth mentioning that the inter audit team will continue visiting the rest of sections and departments at the Directorate to check the application process of quality management standards in the department and sections and its readiness. In addition to that, explaining the tools of quality management systems for the departments that have not yet applied the system.
