Within the framework of cooperation between the private sector institutions, represented by Training Center in Bahwan Group in cars maintenance and mechanic engineering and the Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate General of Education for Education Programs, the Section of Career Guidance and Activities at Special Education Department organized a training program for mental and hearing disabilities students. The program aimed to develop positive attitudes in the local society individuals towards people of disabilities at various fields and provide them with skills that suit their abilities and market needs in order to make them productive members in their community. Also, the training center is fully equipped with safety and security requirements. It is worth mention that training program continues from January until the end of June 2019 and targeted 13 students from Al Amal School for Deaf and Al Fikruyah Education School with their supervisors. In addition, the students will receive an approved certificate of participation from the training center in Bahawan Group and Directorate General of Education for Education Programs.
