Local Committee of Scouting and Guidance Excellence Competition Meets in Al Sharqiyah North
The Local Committee of Scouting and Guidance Excellence Competition held a meeting at Directorate General of Education of Al Sharqiyah North Governorate and chaired by Aliyah Al Habsiyah, the Assistant Director for Finance and Administration and the Head of Local Committee with presence of the committee#s memebers.
During the meeting, the attendance discussed a number of issues such as the preparations of central evaluation for scouting and guidance competition of HM Cup in (cubs and brownies) stage, (guides and scouts) stage and (advance scouts and guides) stage. Also, they talked about observations and information that included in the reports of field visits by the committee members to various schools in the governorate.
It is worth mentioning that the local committee completed the local assessment, which targeted 94 schools in the stages of cubs, brownies, guides, scouts, advanced scouts and advanced guides. Moreover, the evaluation included traditions of scouting and guides, units organizing, the meetings of directors# board, scientific activities and using modern technology.
