The local committee for scouting and guidance evaluation prepared a schedule to evaluate the scouting and guidance units in Al Sharqiyah North governorate in order to activate the guiding field and attain the aims of completion. Therefore, the evaluation paid a visit to various schools in Al Sharqiyah North. Also, during the visit, the scouting and guidance students showed their skills and knowledge at this field through the activities and programs that included un the evaluation form. In addition, the commissions follow up the prepared events and programs in scouting and guidance camps and view the projects of different scouting teams that serve the schools and community. Alia Al Habsiah, the Assistant Director General for Finance and Administration Affairs and the Head of Local Evaluation Competition said that the committee wstablished a timing schedule to give the scouting and guiding teams more time to complete their preparation of the competition´s elements .Also, diverse evaluation committees formed to pay field visit to the scouting and guidance units in schools to evaluate their activities and programs within the evaluation form which prepared by the evaluation and following committee of scouting and guidance excellence competition for HM Cup. It is also worth mentioning that the certified evaluation form included three main axes. The first axes was the scouting and guidance traditions such as the uniform of units# members, morning broadcasting program, a flag raising and team songs and cries. The second axe focused on managing and organizing unit, the schools efforts in supporting the team, performing the team leadership and recording meetings .Moreover, the third one included evaluating diverse scientific activities, the meeting of honor council, the elements of outdoor camping, using badges and prepare records and folders
