The technical supervisory team of sorting general documents in the Ministry of Education started visiting the Directorate General of Education in Al Sharqia South Governorate to determine the readiness of the governorate to start sorting the documents in terms of availability of places and needs for the team today. The visit would last for three days. Also, the visiting team included Yahya bin Omar Al Hinai, the Section Head of Documents Save in the Ministry of Education and the membership of Saeed bin Salem Al Saidi, Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Suwafi and Khamis bin Mohammed Al-Ghazili. The visit targeted the section head and staff of the documents department in the Directorate and members of the document sorting team. Moreover, the visiting team met Mubarak Al Farsi, the Assistant Director General for Finance and Administration Affairs with presence of Dr.Nasser Al Ateeqi, the Head of Postal and Documents Section at the Directorate. During the meeting, the attendances discussed the aims of the visit, its mechanisms and program.
