Al Batinah North Directorate held a meeting chaired by Ali Al Harassi,the Director General of Education in Al Batinah North Governorate, with presence of Al Abd AL Salaam,the Assistant Director General for Financial and Administration Affairs,Mohammed Al Saidi,the Assistant Director for Education programs and Evaluation and others. It took place in Sultan Qaboos Mosque´s Hall in Sohar.

Moreover, the Director General delivered a speech where he welcomed the attendance and clarified the important role of the schools heads at education process in promoting school achievement of their students. He also, pointed out that there is some improvement at school achievements and performance indicators at (cycle one basic education, cycle two basic education and post education) schools. Also, he added that the leader of schools should work together side by side to face educational problems and find solution at the education filed. In addition, he highlighted the necessity of using technology in schools to raise the educational level and encouraged schools to participate in national and global competitions.

During the meeting, Talib Al Saidi,the Senior Supervisor of IT presented a work paper that focused on school achievement results review for the academic year 2017/2018 and Khalid Al Badi,the Head Section of Education Technology presented another work paper titled The Fourth Industrial Revolution and its results on Education.
