The Directorate General of Education in Al Dhakhilyah governorate, represented by the Special Education Section at the education Programs Department carried out a training program for developing creative thinking skills and presented (CoRT) by Dr.Ahmed Al Fwaeer, the Assistant Teacher in Education Section of Nizwa University for five days in the Training Center and Career Development in Nizwa.Also,28 special education and individual skills teachers and pronunciation and communications specialists participated in the program. In addition, the program aimed to expand the trainees# perception, raise their competences in using (CoRT) tools, provide them with innovative methods for applying creative thinking and acquire them with problem solving skills that save time and effort. This program is one of the training programs designed to develop the skills of special education teachers and specialists to raise their professional level and transfer their expertise to the educational field by transferring the impact of training through training programs and workshops that will be implemented later in schools to educate teachers in creative thinking methods, In solving the problems they face in the field of education, especially with regard to students of special education who need special attention in the methods of dealing in order to motivate them and raise their morale to engage in society. It is worth mentioning that the program designed to develop skills of special education teachers and specialists, raise their professional level and transfer their experiences to the educational field in order to implement this training later at schools by training programs and workshops.
