The scientific robot and innovation center concluded the training workshop titled (Internet of Things) with presence of Mohammed Al Awaed, the Assistant Manager of Education Evaluation Department for Achievement Evaluation and Observation Affairs. It targeted a number of laboratories technicians at the governorate shools during the period of 28-1/11/2018 and presented by the trainers, Maryam Ba Uwain and Nada Bait Saleem. Moreover, the program started introducing various issues such as Arduino, how to program projects, expanded projects establishment to connect the with communication methods at the internet projects to access in designing mobile applications in order to control smart projects .Also, the program focused on the scientific methodology in conducting innovations, writing reports and designing scientific project display. During the program, the students of Raysut School showed their safe cart project that came in the 2nd place at the Sultanate last year to the attendance. In addition, the trainer, Maryam Ba Owain, pointed that the workshop came as one of important workshops at the educational field to increase direction towards innovation, enhance students and supervisors to undertake distinguished innovations and direct them to participate at the innovation competition that following Scientific Olympiad and Innovation Department. It is also to be mentioning that the internet of things is a network of physical devices, vehicles, home appliances, and other items embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and connectivity which enables these things to connect, collect and exchange data.
