Classification and Evaluation Skills Program for Private Schools Continues in Muscat
The Ministry of Education represented by the Private Schools Classifications Office continues implementing the training program titled # Classification and Evaluation Skills # in order to promote the efficiency of Human Resources at the Private Schools Classifications Office. Also, it kicked off last Sunday at the Specialized Center Professional Training of Teachers and lasted until the end of the current month. Moreover, the program targeted a number of the members from the Private Schools Classifications, Performance Evaluation Office and the Directorate General of Private Schools in order to provide them with necessary skills and knowledge to conduct the classification and evaluation process in accordance with international practices.
It is also to be noted that the program presented by the expert and international practice Dr.Imaad Hussain who discussed a number of issues such as Oman and the global competition at education indicators, classification standards around the world, basic skills of evaluators, preparation of report after the evaluation, preparation protocol and application aspect by visiting a private schools and using evaluation tools: interview, observation and search for evidence and documentations.
