Directorate General of Education in Dhofar organized the meeting in the presence of Sheikh Dr. Al-Waleed bin Saeed bin Sinan Al-Hinai, Director General of the Local Committee for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Award in Dhofar Directorate and Dr Mohammed bin Khalfan Al Shidi, Advisor of Minister of Education and Chairman of the main committee. Members of the committee, educators and school principals attended the meeting. The prize seeks to achieve close partnership with local committee, supports projects of high quality and positive effects on the educational process. The aim of the meeting is to view the concepts and mechanisms of the award, receive feedback from all the workers in the educational field and identify their ideas in addition to spread the idea of the award to the local community. At the end of the meeting school principals and members of the local committee provide their inquiries on some matters such as the award’s procedures, implementation and participation.
